3. NEW and IMPORTANT CASELAW/STATUTES

Please add any and all new cases of importance that has come down. List the cite, and if you will a brief synopsis of what the case says and what it possibly means in the practice of personal injury law.

Under this blog will be all of the new cases or laws  that you believe we need to be made aware of.

How to this, well under this page do the follow:

1. Click the New Sub Page button at the top
2. Then a NEW PAGE is created.
3. Change the Title to one that briefly describes your new law or case such as to draw some attention.
4. Then in the TEXT AREA go and click the button on the menu for templates. Its greenish and looks like a table in the bottom right hand corner of the menu. It will bring a menu for templates. click and insert the template for
New Caselaw/Statutes
5. The template will bring down an outline, just edit it as you see fit with your thoughts
